Why Mosaqo exists

We kept seeing the same thing. Guests wanted extra services, and the people running their properties wanted to help. But the work lived in chat threads, notes, phone calls and someone’s memory.

One missed message meant a guest waiting, a driver with no idea where to go, and a service nobody got paid for. The asking was never the problem. Everything after it was.
